Street Style

There are days when I am not stuck in an office and can actually do normal things like go for coffees with friends, dinners, shopping, etc. When I have time to just do normal every day things, I have a very casual look. Its nice to just grab something quick and do some simple makeup with it as well. As opposed to my urban look from earlier, these are simple every day looks perfect for the fall that are effortless to put together.

Off shoulder tops:off-shoulder

Popular for the Fall season is the off shoulder top that can be dressed up or dressed down. Depending on how you wear the shirt, it is effortless to match with. I personally wear my favourite white shirt with a pair of jeans and high heels if I am going out for a coffee date with a friend. If that is a little too fancy for you, you can pair it with mid length brown boots and a nice clutch. The ease of the top is what makes it a fall favourite. A nice leather strapped watch or charm bracelet is the perfect accessory with it too. Classy and casual at the same time, this top is a perfect addition to your ever growing closet.

Knit sweaters:

IMG_5182.JPGA staple for the Fall season, the knit sweater is worn by any who want to be warm and cute at the same time. Thick turtle neck knits, long knits, even small cropped ones, they are easy to match with and wear out. You can wear a knit sweater dress or a knit sweater with some tights and wear it to a party as well. Warm, cute, and essential for the fall and winter, I recommend having multiple knit sweaters in your closet this fall and winter.

Long coats:

long-coatPopular in Europe and slowly making their way to Toronto, long blazers/ casual coats are a seasonal must. Worn over literally anything, they can take an outfit from blah to wow in a second. I personally own multiple all in different colours, lengths, and styles. When I feel like being fancy I will wear one over a short dress. Even when the jacket is worn over some leggings or jeans these jackets are a necessity for anyone that wants to have the “it” item for the fall.

My street style is very casual and classy at the same time. How about everyone else? Let me know in the comments below!
